Ambitious rooms are rooms on the lower floors. The courtyard room is a room on the middle floor. The view room is a room on the upper floors. The collaboration room is a corner room. And there is a suite. Each has a king size bedroom and a twin bedroom. There are 10 types of guest rooms in total.
Marriott Bonvoy members will upgrade. However, it is an upgrade to a room on the upper floors. The rooms are the same size except for the suites and corner rooms.

This is a twin bedroom room. The size of the room is the same as that of the king size bedroom.

There is a gym on the first basement floor. There is a coin laundry on the first basement floor.
There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Its name is STITCH. There is also a bar called M18 on the first floor.
There is a public bath on the second floor of the hotel.

The area around the hotel is an office district. Next to the hotel is Saizeriya, a reasonably priced Italian restaurant. In addition, there is a convenience store (Seven-Eleven) next to it.
